This website (the “Service”) is operated by Eurasia International University (EIU) for the purpose of enabling online tuition and other payments.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions

These Terms define the legal relationship between the User and EIU when using the Service.
The User agrees to use the website only for lawful purposes and to avoid any actions that may disrupt or damage the system.

2. Registration and Data Entry

Users must provide accurate and complete personal information, including name, surname, email, phone number, faculty, course, and form of study.
Submitting false or misleading information may result in transaction cancellation or restricted access.

3. Payment Process

All payments are processed through the official payment gateway of EIU, ensuring data privacy and security.
Transactions are carried out in Armenian Drams (AMD).
Payment credentials are not stored by the university and are processed only at the time of transaction.

Transaction Fee:
A 2.5% commission will be charged on all payments, regardless of the amount paid by the client. This percentage represents the bank and payment processing fee applied to each transaction. The commission is non-refundable and will be automatically included in the total payment amount at the time of processing.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

EIU guarantees the confidentiality of user data.
Information collected is used solely for payment verification, accounting, and communication purposes.
The site may use cookies to enhance service performance.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments are final, except in cases approved by EIU administration (e.g., duplicate transaction, technical error, or incorrect information).

6. Limitation of Liability

EIU is not liable for:

  • internet connection failures,

  • external payment gateway errors,

  • technical malfunctions, or

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and networks when using the site.

7. Copyright

All content of the site, including text, images, logos, and software code, is the property of EIU and protected by copyright laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
